We're almost there!

Hello again, everyone!

We are almost there! The Jacksonville Walk to End Alzheimer’s is only a few days away.

Together with my team, The Strikers, we've raised over $8,300 for the Alzheimer’s Association, so I want to thank every one who has donated before anything else. We wouldn’t be anywhere near this amount without all of your help.

Now for the Walk: we will be meeting around 8:15 this Saturday morning at the spot marked with a star on the attached map. Look for us when you’re near the UNF Amphitheater. You will many folks from the Strikers team: Starling at Nocatee, The Bolles School at Ponte Vedra Beach, and The Beaches Men's Club (among others). As I'm helping my Dad take photographs for the Alzheimer’s Association, I’ll meet you there!

Also, you may notice that the Acosta Bridge is purple from 11/3-11/5, and that Daily’s Place will light their roof purple this Friday (11/4). My special thanks goes out to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and Daily’s Place for working with us to help raise awareness for Alzheimer's. Thank you!

Finally, the Alzheimer's Association recently sent their national newsletter out and one of the interviews I did with some friends is included! Thank you so much to my friends from Starling at Nocatee who volunteered to share their story, and for the location they gave us to conduct the interviews. Please watch and share the link below:
